Interview
Long and structured hiring process, with two rounds up to the hiring manager. The role is listed as an internship but requires an already experienced profile, effectively covering an entry-level position at a lower cost. Communication in the final stage was nonexistent — no updates, no response to follow-up. Ghosting candidates after two interviews is unprofessional and disrespectful. More transparency throughout the process would be the bare minimum.
