I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Paris) in Feb 2015
Interview
The process was quite long. 1st step was the online application, there was then a pre-selection, then a meeting with two managers, who make a decision and gave me their decision.
There can be up to four face-to-face interviews, after one conducted on the phone or webcam.
The way you dress is particularly important since L'Oreal is a beauty products manufacturer. It is important to be well-dresses, or wear nice makeup, even if there is no need for a too formal outfit.
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
