It was a 2-hour, in person, technical interview, only theoretical questions, no problems to solve.
It was an interview for a MID .net engineer position, in which I did pretty well (there were a few questions where i was unable to answear, but they were not that important/complicated).
When I was called for the interview feedback, they told me what went well and what not, and that they were actually looking for someone at a SENIOR level to fill in a MID position.
And so, I did not get the job because, I assume, they look for overqualified people and pay them less.
