A recruiter reached out to me via indeed, told me about the position, once I expressed interest they set up the interview for the next week. Once I completed the first interview with EG HR, she gave me her email and recommended I follow up! She kept me updated and my second round interview was scheduled for a few days after that with the person that would be my manager. Same process, that went well, and HR followed up with me for a 5 person panel interview. Once that was done, I found out maybe a week later that I got the job!
