The assessment center involved a case study conducted in groups of around eight people. We were tasked with discussing a topic related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), which encouraged collaboration and diverse perspectives. In addition, there was a partner interview that provided a deeper understanding of the firm’s values and expectations. Overall, the experience was positive and well-structured, offering a comprehensive evaluation of both teamwork and individual capabilities.
