The interview process was straightforward and focused on understanding my basic cybersecurity knowledge and problem-solving skills. I was asked about my prior experience, such as my hands-on work with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing during my internship. The process was conducted virtually and was friendly, helping me showcase my skills effectively.

Question 1
I explained my approach to conducting a vulnerability assessment, starting with reconnaissance and identification of security gaps. I highlighted specific tools I used, like Splunk and QRadar, and how I documented findings in a detailed report for stakeholders.
The interview process was incredibly casual and wasn't technical at all. It seemed more like a conversation where they were gauging culture fit over anything else. The only technical question I got was in regards to what certifications I had.
