In digital mode, clear instruction and convenient. Online assessment typically includes aptitude tests on logical reasoning, numerical analysis, and verbal skills, along with situational judgment questions to assess problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
