Slow, non-communicative and pretentious. This was the third time I had applied for a role and the first two times I didn’t even hear anything back. The third time, I was asked for an interview well after I’d done second round interviews with an offer for two others.
Interview with hiring manager. I was asked about my experience, why I wanted to work for them and my desired salary. I also was given a test to write - it included translation of text, drafting a document, writing list of clauses for a contract.
