Interview
First round phone interview which was 30 mins long, pretty casual. held by a manager in the firm.
Final round in-person super day with breakfast, lunch, and 3 interviews. Some case based questions focusing more on going into detail on your experiences as opposed to more management consulting type case interviews.
The transfer pricing interview tested my understanding of OECD guidelines, TP methods, and benchmarking. I discussed real-life intercompany scenarios, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance. A case study assessed my analytical skills. Final rounds focused on communication, client management, and my ability to handle audits and tax authority interactions confidently and clearly.
Tax compliance, bookkeeping accuracy, ratio analysis, transfer pricing application, financial statements interpretation, variance identification, intercompany adjustments, depreciation differences, working capital management, and real-time scenario-based financial decision-making form my core expertise.
2 online interviews by the senior managers. A lot of behavioral questions, and then asked some basic questions about transfer pricing. There is an interview with a recruiter at first
