Very laid back and more of getting a culture fit than grilling you with technical questions. A couple of softball technical questions but nothing to be too worried about, would focus more on your experiences than anything else.

Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
