Interview
Quick skill check interview in group setting. 2 HR people were present at the interview. 4 people entered the room together and each of us were asked questions seperately. Some were followed by other related questions. They tried to lighten the atmosphere a bit and then began with the actual interview process.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
