Interview
Had a very engaging discussion with the Partner covering background, skill, delivery and role expectations. The process lasted for over an hour. Was provided ample time to put across my points and understand the role expectations.
Experienced hire - more than 3 rounds of interview over 3 months - arduous and impactful also not clear what was the selection criteria. Presentation as well as specialist technical questions
It took 3-4 months from the first contact to get the offer during summer time. I had three interview rounds with one director and two partners then HR contacted to send the offer.

Question 1
Business case related and client facing and relationship management. Plus some behavioural questions.
Pretty straightforward interview process. Had three interviews with SMs and above. Would recommend to those looking for a more accelerated interview process. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in getting into innovation.
