Interview
Manager asked me some personal questions and behavioural questions. The whole process takes 30 minutes and there is no technical question.
They are mainly looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and give quick reactions to changing environments.
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process

and then 60 min group interview (2 interviewers and 3 interviewees)
