Interview
It was a three step process. I submitted my Application through my college website. I was then reached out by a recruiter to complete a Pre-recorded interview. I was then interviewed by the FSO department where I has three separate interviews which included 2 Behavioral interviews and 1 case study interview virtually on the same day. The case study is not that hard but make sure to research online about Consulting case study interviewers.

the atmosphere is really friendly. At first, when i enter the room, i am kinda nervous but they gave me cups of water and spent time waiting me to be ready. The interviewers also create chance for me to talk a lot myself and share some experience for me

Etapa 1: entrevista em grupo com dinâmica; Etapa 2: entrevista com gestor da área; Entrevista 3: Entrevista com diretor da área. Em todas as fases te deixam bastante confortável. Na fase 2 teve uma parte em inglês para testar meus conhecimentos
