I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
I had a campus interview process. This consisted of an on-campus interview which consisted of mostly resume review and behavioral questions. Next was superday at the office. This day consisted of three interviews- 2 regular interviews and 1 case study interview. Interviews were straightforward and pretty painless. They are really nice at superday and accommodate to you very well. Definitely a positive experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
The whole process is very organised. The assessment centre is very intense and challenging and can not really prepare for it. Final interview is relaxing but depends on the interviewer.
Online psychometric assessment, phone call with a member of the recruitment team and a day long assessment centre which included two interviews, another psychometric assessment and a group case study.
