Before in person interview, there is a virtual interview. EY starts to recruit new grad in September for next September starting date. They would require candidates to submit resume, cover letter and unofficial transcript. A link to a virtual interview will be emailed a few days later and they include the interview question in that email as well.

Applied through university, got an email about doing a prerecorded interview with prompts and then in person interview -- two 30 minute back to back interviews! and then about a week an a half later, they offered.

Applied through campus recruiting website. Had an on campus interview with an alum working out of the Boston office. Very relaxed and conversational. No curveball questions, just trying to get to know you. Flying to Boston soon for a a second round. Overall great interview experience.
