I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Redwood City, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
There were a few phases. It started with basic campus recruiting and transitioned into on-campus interviews. Mostly behavioral type questions. Following that, there were more recruiting events to get to know the current employees. Fairly involved, but helpful process. Mentally prepare yourself for lots of mingling whether you like it or not. Following that, there was a day of in-office interviews (3) with a partner, associate, and manager.

Question 1
The questions were 95% behavioral and the interviewing styles were nothing "grilling" or intimidating. The only "awkward" instance for me was when the partner interviewed me. He didn't say a word when I walked in, so I started the conversation and asked him about his career and what he enjoyed doing with his free time. I actually had a nice conversation with him about his career and the accounting world. He called me that night to give me my offer.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
behavioural questions
The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
