I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2018
Interview
One self-recorded interview. It is awkward and the questions are somewhat behavioral/situational, but you have plenty of time to read it and think about it before giving an answer. Then you attend an interview day which features breakfast, two interviews, a job shadow, and a networking lunch. The day is very relaxed and the interviews are not intense, both interviewers were pleasant conversations.
