Applied online, passed online assessment (including numeral, situational judgement), received phone interview invitation within two days, and asked to schedule an interview using online portal, telephone interview was strengths-based, some of the questions can be prepared beforehand while others cannot, such as commenting on a statement. failed, notified within two days

Interview
There was a 1-1 partner interview and they asked mainly strength-based and motivational questions. There’s a presentation as well but you can prepare it beforehand. The topic for the presentation can be selected from a choice of 3.
Hiring process is the same as all the big accounting firms, application and online tests, followed by a face to face interview, assessment centre and then final interview. The online tests were run by SHL I believe and were similar to most other aptitude tests I have taken.
