HR interview, then partner interview and math assessment. HR interview attempted to determine emotional suitability and people skills. Interview with partner, in the other hand, tried to get to know whether the candidate could withstand the long hours that the job demands.

las ultimas entrevistas son con el socio jorge valencia es totalmente en ingles y presencial y luego con Cecilia donde tienes que estar actualizado con periódicos
Entrevistador majo y supo llevar la entrevista. Pregunto algunas veces en ingles para valorar el nivel de ingles pero todo muy cómodo. Hizo preguntas de que lenguajes sabia y otras cosas.

solo preguntaron el manejo de las cuentas contables y los procesos basicos de auditoria, enfocandose principalmente en arqueos de caja, analsis de inventario y analisisi de estados financieros con indicadores KPI, el nivel de excel debe ser bastante bueno, eso ayuda al proceso de aceptacion en la firma
