I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Frankfurt am Main) in Dec 2016
Interview
Very warm and people oriented initial interviews, followed up by having to create a manager case which had to be presented to the partner.
It was all about the competencies and the personal fit. No unnecessary administrative process or politics.

Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
