Pyschometric testing- skill based and personality, individual interview- one on one interview with behavioural questions, group interview- given case study and asked to work it out as a group with a panel watching.

Name a time where you faced conflict and how did you deal with this situation?
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

What team would you want to work for most and why?
The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
