Einladung zum persönlichen Kennenlernen in Wien nach einer telefonischer Terminvereinbarung. Zuerst ein Treffen mit HR, anschließend mit HR und zukünftigen Vorgesetzten. Sehr angenehmes, freundliches Klima und angenehme Gespräche. Keine Schickane durch ausgefallene Tests und Brainteaser, sondern in erster Linie eine Prüfung ob es menschlich passt - von beiden Seiten her.
Il s'agit d'un processus de recrutement en trois temps : un entretien avec un manager, un cas pratique relatif au secteur public avec un directeur, puis un entretien avec un associé.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
