Interview process stages
Initial Screening (HR/Recruiter): A brief call to check your background, communication skills, and salary expectations.
Written Assessment: You may be asked to complete an online or in-person test that can include aptitude, technical fundamentals, and coding questions.
Technical/Functional Interview: Focuses on your domain-specific knowledge (e.g., programming, accounting, specific software). This may include scenario-based questions, case studies, or problem-solving tests.
Behavioral Interview: Uses the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to evaluate soft skills like teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution.
Final Round (Hiring Manager/Panel): Includes interviews with senior managers or directors to discuss your experience, strategic thinking, and cultural fit. They will assess how you would handle client situations.
Offer and Onboarding: If successful, you will receive a formal offer. EY provides an onboarding portal to help you prepare for your start date.
