Le processus d’embauche passe, comme pour tous les big four, par plusieurs étapes. Cela commence par un entretien téléphonique, et va jusqu’au meeting director/partner si les autres étapes intermédiaires sont validées.
The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
Two technical rounds one from EY and another round from client both interviews were conducted for one hour and covered questions on java, Spring boot, microservices, react.js, system design , coding, Hibernate
Reached out to by recruiter on linkedin; screener included basic questions like explain job description, skills, certifications, salary requirements, experience with big4. Recruiter was filling a form. Did not hear back after
