Recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn process was smooth had 3 rounds of interviewer , 2 technical and one Manager round. Technical round was very good and they were impressed with my resume but the manager was rude and was not satisfied why i was switching my company just in 9 months. No answer was satisfied and hence was rejected on the basis of that and recruiter had no courtesy of even informing me that i was not selected. So next time please be clear of your requirement if you dont like employee not join company in few months of changing the previous company dont waste time in initial rounds.
