Das Vorstellungsgespräch für die Position des SAP Consultants verlief in zwei Phasen. Zunächst wurde ein allgemeines Gespräch geführt, in dem es um die Vorstellung meiner Person und meiner beruflichen Laufbahn ging, sowie um eine detaillierte Diskussion meiner Erfahrungen mit SAP-Systemen. Im weiteren Verlauf des Gesprächs wurden die zu erwartenden Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten erläutert. In der zweiten Runde standen meine technischen Kenntnisse und mein analytisches Denkvermögen im Fokus. Zudem wurde über die Werte und die Kultur des Unternehmens gesprochen und wie sich meine berufliche Entwicklung gestalten könnte. Beide Gespräche waren geprägt von einem angenehmen und umfassenden Dialog.

Online Assessment Center which ran for 3 hours through Zoom. First was separated into breakout rooms for a group activity which involved working through a case study. Then moved onto the 1:1 interview which involved a presentation with a separate case study given beforehand.
