I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at CACI International (Ashburn, VA) in Oct 2019
Interview
They took the first interview in October 2019, followed by one more interview. Submitted my clearance paperwork and background check in Nov 2019 as they made a contingent offer. Did not hear back from them. Wrote multiple follow up emails.
In April 2020, got an email saying I got my clearance, and the team is waiting for the fund to onboard. Again for months no response after multiple emails. Finally said, the team, is too busy right now to conduct onboarding. In August 2020, came up with an additional interview request, in which instead of 6 interviewers only 1 was present. After a week one more additional interview request which I can't accommodate due to personal reasons so again team got busy. Finally October 2020, one more additional request for an interview where instead of 5 panelists, only 2 were present. Such a worst and non-standard method of interview and blind waiting for candidate.
I lost interest for the company after an year and don't want to work for such BS company.

They didn’t even care to interview me even though I was qualified. They sent me a rejection letter within an hour of applying. A colleague of mine stated they did the same for her even though she’s over qualified for the job.

The first interview will likely be a prescreening with the recruiter. This initial conversation will probably focus on getting to know your background, your career goals, and why you're interested in this specific role. You'll want to be prepared to discuss your resume and highlight your relevant skills and experiences.
If all goes well, you'll move on to the second interview, which will delve deeper into your qualifications. They'll be primarily assessing your behavioral competencies, meaning they'll want to understand how you've handled various workplace situations in the past. Think about examples that demonstrate your problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, communication style, and how you approach challenges.
In addition to the behavioral questions, they'll also be evaluating your knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Interview
very time-consuming almost took me 13 months and multiple n numbers interviews. Looks like they just want to show on the paper process and when the interview got set up, out of 8 interviewers only 1 was present and that happened 2 times. Offer me as well and never gave me joining date and after 8-9 months again set up an interview and I figured out they just want to make an excuse.
