I placed my resume on Monster.com and a woman from Booz Allen contacted me with a simple phone interview. She asked me questions about my experiences and how fluent I was in each programming language. Finishing up my senior year, it was hard for me to find a day that fit with both of our schedules for the in person interview. They were very helpful and we settled on a day. Be prepared for the interview, bring a portfolio with projects you have done and be ready to explain them in great detail. There were no tricky questions, they were mainly focused on my past experiences. They are interviewing you to see where you would fit best in the company. It was a two part interview, the first person asked more technical questions and went over projects I have completed. The second person focused more on behavioral questions, for example standard interview questions(google them). After the interview, I received a call about 5 hours later with the job offer. The best thing to do is to prepare for the interview, plan weeks in advance what you are going to take and practice your answers. Never show up to any interview without anything. Show off your previous work, especially if you're a student. Anything will help.
