One of the interviewers didn't even show up and the other interviewer was gruff, like he didn't really want to be there or that his time was being wasted having to give an interview.

Depends on what position. I was given phone call and started following week. Normally we had a group of 5 people in the workplace that would come meet new employee and interview or ask questions concerning our own experience. Laid back.
