I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Oct 2008
Interview
Standard interview, basic questions about previous work and some general "how would you approach this problem" questions. Interviews spanned 2 days, but it was only 2 interviews at 45 minutes a piece. Interviewers were very friendly and personable. For an IT type position, they didnt ask any real substantive technical questions. Looking back (I am former employee), this should have been a tip off that they really aren't a technical firm.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
