Interview
Extremely behavioral based, only did one phone interview. No technical aspects are asked of you, though if you were to have some technical skills, I believe they have a higher chance of looking upon you favorably.

Interview
Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.
