Behavioral Interview style- was mostly conversational with key standard questions worked in and around certain accomplishments listed on my resume. They seem to concentrate on whether I would be a good fit for the team. My accomplishments were important but equally important was the ability to collaborate and work well with a team.

Standard interview process of a phone call with an internal recruiter, phone call with the hiring manager, and then an in person interview. Asked standard consulting, aptitude and attitude questions.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Question 1
Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
