Pretty easy, you have to do four rounds of interviews, recorded video interview, a call with a recruiter, interview with your manager, and interview with the market leader. Also if you’re bilingual expect to do an assessment that certify that you speak the language.

Interview
It was a pretty easy process. I had a phone call with the recruiter and then had an in person interview with two financial center managers. I found out I got the position within a week.
Initially phone interview, then at the branch. It was pretty straightforward. The bank manager asked me a couple of questions, one of them being why I am applying for that position. Then she asked me to do a role play about a credit card.

Why do you want to leaver your current job and work at Bank of America?
I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
