First interview was via HireVue. I recorded myself answering 6 questions. I think they gave me a minute to prepare and then 3 minutes to answer each questions. DO THE PRACTICE QUESTIONS before the interview. It helps you get familiar with the timing and prep. Second interview was via WebEx (essentially zoom). I was offered the job at the end of the 2nd interview. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks.
- HireVue Questions: 1. Tell us why you want to work for Bank of America and why you are interested in the relationship banker job. How does this role fit in with your career goals? 2. Describe a project or job where you had to achieve goals, preferably related to sales. In your response, please include: The nature of the goals (for example what were they, who set them, were they individual or team goals) ; the specific actions you took to achieve the goals ; any obstacles you faced and how you addressed them ; how you ultimately performed against the goal. 3. Describe a time when you used your understanding of a clients needs to identify a solution. In the zoom interview they asked similar questions to the recorded interview. They first asked me to tell them about myself and tell them something I was proud of accomplishing. One question was about my ability to assess a need and come up with a solution. One was about my ability to work with a coworker to solve a problem.
