    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bank of America (Hong Kong) in January 2014.

    Interview

Interview was very positive and interviewer genuine and opened up about the company. Was a healthy two way discussion on marketing in the region - managing multi-locational teams, key competitors, senior stakeholder management etc. Interview process was less positive as having scheduled the next level of interviews and was asked to activate my referees, neither I nor the recruiter were able to find out anything concrete on the progress of the role. The experience went from being very open to being shut down.
