First I had to take a Kenexa Apptitude test. Than I had to answer 4 motivational questions. After a month I got invited to a 40 min interview with HR. They were noting done everything you said on a computer. And probably an Analyst looked over it afterwards. I felt this was a bit in-personal.

HireVue interview about myself, a lot of questions were asked, general questions about myself, about different scenarios in my life and finance scenarios and business scenarios -- current events asked as well and its effect on the world
Received interview invitation right after application submission. It was HireVue, have some time to prepare, and then record your answers. Chill in general, not too difficult questions. That's it yep.
