I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bank of America (Mumbai) in Aug 2010
Interview
1] Got a call from consultant stating multiple positions are available
2] 3 rounds of discussion with heads from different department, almost similar questions all the times (very less technical, bit of business and what I have done)
3] after 3-4 weeks called me to Mumbai office. First round of discussion was with same people I have interacted on phone, then one or 2 more people
4] Nothing for month or so, recruitment agent kept telling they are positive about it and will get back
5] Got call from one VP after month or so again asking for my availability
6] ....still waiting nothing communicated and recruitment agent tells they are fine
With this entire episode, I am sure they are not clear in mind what they are looking for, when they want the people, seems decision making is not with India development center.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Chester, England)
Interview
There were 2 Teams/Zoom interviews followed by an in person interview. The process was fairly standard, talking through experiences and reasons for wanting the job etc. It was thorough and probing but nothing too scary.
