I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (London, England) in Feb 2011
Interview
First round is the online paper sift, then the standard SHL numeracy and logical reasoning tests.
After that is the telephone interview, a bit of chat about the company and my background before going in to some technical questions. Some of the technical questions were very hard (for me) but that didn't seem to be an issue, I gave a few words about what I thought the answer might involve and he explained further. Very pleasant experience, though difficult questions.
Post telephone interview is the assessment centre, very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Given information and told to create your own 10 minute presentation that you'll give one-on-one to an interviewer later on in the day. Then there is a group exercise - keep your cool, don't dominate conversation or try and stick with one idea, it's not the outcome that's important but how you interact. Then there is a demonstration of the sort of work that you get to experience, have a chat with existing staff. Then you give your presentation - be prepared for a bit of questioning, you can take your booklet in with you. Then it's lunch time and time to network with current staff.
After that you do a one-on-one interview, also rather technical, similar sort of questions as the phone interview - and I struggled quite a bit here. Finally you repeat the logic test that you did online - then it's over. Tough experience but pretty much what you'd expect, heard back in less than 24 hours.

The interview was with two people at the same time. There was only one round and the interview lasted an hour. No technical questions, everything was behavioral. Overall a good experience.
Application, followed by hirevue and interviews by analysts. Standard interview questions provided during the interview, such as introducing yourself, strengths and weakness, and technical questions on financial accounting. Overall pleasant interview.

Question 1
Introduce yourself, accounting questions that are standard
Very easy process and recruiter were super nice. I did it through a program so I think most of us got an offer though. I would recommend to anyone out of college just make sure you use the STAR method.
