The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bank of America (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2010
Interview
It was a phone interview and took about 15 min. The recruiter would simply explain the role and potential pay rate(since it was a part-time position, I guess). If you agree with all the condition, she/he would continue and probably ask the followings:
1. Are you stress a lot
2. Do you keep you words and how do you keep your promise
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Newark, DE)
Interview
I was interviewed for 2 hours by 2 managers, very uncomfortable. A lot of questions about working overtime and being flexible. A lot of repetitive questions by both managers. Didn't take a test or anything.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
Typical. Met AVP and answered the usual questions. Set up the interview with an HR rep and met the hiring manager on the scheduled day. The interview lasted about 45min to an hour. Usually if your interview reaches one hour, it is a good sign. It took a few days and I heard back that I got the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
Applied online, received a call two months later for a phone interview. Face to face interview was the week after. Was offered job same day. Was asked to train two weeks after. Although I did not show up for my first day due to lack of communication: recruiter did not let me know the time and day i was to work. Training was 2 weeks.
