Applied and 2- 3weeks later got an in person interview after being contacted by a recruiter, Went to an interview and recruiter contacted me the same day about accepting the job and finger printing and a background check. Altogether process took about 2 month from applying to first day.

Two phone calls then a final interview over Teams. Standard behavioral questions and a couple easy valuation and accounting technicals related to financial statements and DCF, LBO, public comps, and M&A comps
2 rounds of interview — first by the hiring manager and second by your skip-level manager (director level)

I applied as a contractor.
My interviewer was so rude and disrespectful that I ended up walking out. If they thought I wasn't good enough I shouldn't have been invited, not invite me and tell me that fact. That's the whole point of interview rounds.
