After completing Online application (CV, questions, online test) I got a telephone interview. Process was surprisingly quick, however, they did not ring during the slot I got. I had to reschedule another slot with BAML by email.

A situation where you overachieved/ went above what was necessary?
It was a 3 or 4 question hirevue interview. Allowed 30 seconds to prepeare each asnwer before answering the question for 3 minutes. I did this after an online assessmnet
15 minutes 5 questions, 30 seconds before every question to think, 2 minutes per question to respond but don’t have to use up full time. Done on HireVue through application portal.
