Interview
The interview was pretty difficult, not in the sense of the questions themselves, but the interviewee was questioning everything I said. Most of the questions were CV based but there were also questions about recent market news and challenges. It was a good experience and preparation but I think for the two weeks at the bank their expectations were pretty high and questions tricky.

Why did you choose to apply to Boam, rather than other banks?
It was a 3 or 4 question hirevue interview. Allowed 30 seconds to prepeare each asnwer before answering the question for 3 minutes. I did this after an online assessmnet
15 minutes 5 questions, 30 seconds before every question to think, 2 minutes per question to respond but don’t have to use up full time. Done on HireVue through application portal.
