I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bank of America (Frisco, TX) in Jul 2010
Interview
First had a group interview with around 10-15 applicants. Had to individually stand in the front of the room and introduce ourselves for about 2 minutes each. Then we each participated in an impromptu skit, acting as the teller, with the recruiter acting as the customer, where we were completing the customer's transaction and referred a financial product to him. Afterwards we met individually with the recruiter to discuss if we were chosen for a second interview.
The second interview is with the branch manager at the branch. The interview was about 30 minutes. I was called back within a few days and was told that I was being extended an offer to work at that branch.
I had to do an online orientation with quizzes, had to get my fingerprints taken, and I had a background and credit check before I started working at the bank. This process took about a month.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
