I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America in Feb 2011

Interview

Contacted by a recruiter via phone for screening. Made it to the 2nd round, was interviewed on a Friday and by the following Monday I was selected to go to the 3rd/final round interview. I was flown out to Charlotte and interviewed with 3 Sr. Exec.
