The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Clark, NJ) in Aug 2009
Interview
Initially was contacted by the recruiting who I believe was based in Florida. She was constantly out/ on vacation and it was very difficult to start the process and I seemed to be the one who kept reaching out to her to start the next step. After a phone screening I had to complete a personality type of test online that was between 75 and 100 questions. I was coached on how to answer the personality questions.
Next, there was more correspondence via email and then a face to face interview was set up.
The woman who interviewed me asked me about my previous experience, and my background in customer service. There was also plenty of chit chat not specifically realted to the position to test my EIQ.
After the face to face interview it took 2-3 weeks for them to come back to me with an offer. In that time, I had already accepted a position better suited to me so I declined.
The interview process is a great learning experience. I talked to people from different states. It did not feel as though it was a hard interview. Took awhile for them to get back to me.
