Interviewer was 15 minutes late and said he got caught up in a conversation with a coworker. He also spent the entire interview saying that accounting experience is not what he was looking for and belittling accounting and how corporate finance is different. Along with how people should stay in one job for 3-5 years. I forgot how their culture is.
The interview process was quick and easy. I only had 3 interviews which comprised of phone screening, recruiter, and current manager/team. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone I spoke to was and how personal the conversations were.
