Interview
It was kind of hard but manageable. They ask questions about the tools you use. They have 3 rounds of interviews. First with a phone call, seconded with a manager, and third with another manager.
Very casual process. Was treated as an informal conversation with emphasis on previous customer service experience. Interviewer asked relevant questions, and seemed to want to get to know applicants a bit.

Tell me about a time when you had to resolve an issue with a coworker
this was a fantastic interview process. It was in total a 3 part process with 3 interviews. The managers and interviewers were all incredibly friendly and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.
There were Many different rounds, including personal video call. Testing process etc. Very thorough and actually enjoyable. I found the interviewers quite personable which reflects the job itself. Overall i enjoyed the process. It was my first interview with such a large company and it was great.
