Interview
i received a telephone message from a pleasant HR rep and it was followed up via e-mail I responded via e-mail and gave a range of dates and times for availability for telephone interview. Within 48 hours I had a phone interview (another HR associate) that lasted 40 minutes in duration. The HR rep was pleasant, thorough and adept at making one feel comfortable. After some common preliminary questions, Can you legally work in U.S., etc all shifts, all days, etc. then the meat of the interview. Some questions:
Tell me about a time how you had to solve a problem that took indepth analysis. How did you manage underperforming employees? Why work for Amazon? Why did you leave your last company? And then I had time to ask a couple of questions.

Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
