Competitive Salary, bonuses based on sales, up to 6% share purchase plan with 4% matched, good benefits, dental, health, quick refunds, 16 days vacation.

No access to credit, very hard to get approvals, terrible management approach, daily meetings, they'll grind you every day for 30m-1hr before you even get started with your day. "Team" approach is all fake. They rather hire externals from other banks than promote within.

Advice to Management

70% of the people at my branch quit, management, HR and leadership are well aware what the problems are, grinding people down until they snap. Stress leaves are a common practice. Human decent treatment of staff will help you more to reach the top 3 that you are really wishing to obtain. Clients notice from miles how unhappy your staff is.
